I have recently discovered the Freedom Centre.

It seems to be the best facility in North Devon for the older homeless person, emergency help with food and personal hygiene, i.e.: showers, clean change of clothes and friendly warm premises access to TV, lovely large sofas, computer, internet.

And a myriad of support services to help engage with and navigate, a sometimes negative system.
